ARCH provides supported living across three small, homely properties in Winchester: Rose Lodge, Buddleia House and Orchard House. Each home combines private accommodation, dependable staffing and personalised rehabilitation, helping clients establish routines and progress without unnecessary placement disruption.
Who We Support
ARCH considers placements for adults aged 21 to 65 with mental health support needs, including individuals progressing from inpatient or secure environments. Every referral is assessed individually to confirm that the accommodation, staffing and support available are suitable for the client.
Secure, Stable Accommodation
Our three Winchester homes provide comfortable, long-term accommodation within calm and carefully managed environments. Clients receive the structure, reassurance and supervision needed to feel settled while working towards greater independence.
Private Ensuite Living
Clients have their own furnished bedroom with ensuite facilities, supporting privacy, dignity and everyday independence. Personal amenities, including mini-kitchen facilities and a fridge where available, help clients manage routines with less reliance on shared spaces.
Shared Home Facilities
Shared kitchens and communal areas allow clients to participate in everyday household life. Clients are encouraged to contribute to how their home is run, helping develop responsibility, confidence and a sense of belonging.
Flexible and Floating Support
Support can be adjusted as a client’s needs and abilities change. Floating support provides reassurance, practical guidance and routine-building for clients progressing towards greater autonomy within supported accommodation or the wider community.
