Support Shaped
Around the Individual
Each client works with their key worker to develop a balanced programme based on their interests, abilities and personal goals. Activities are incorporated into the individualโs care plan and reviewed regularly to ensure they remain suitable, meaningful and connected to their progress towards independence.

Recreational & Social Activities
Meaningful recreational activities help clients establish positive routines, reduce isolation and stay connected to others. Depending on individual interests and suitability, support may include cinema visits, restaurants, holidays, gardening, painting, games and other social or creative activities.
Learning & Work Opportunities
Suitable clients can develop confidence and responsibility through in-house work experience, external opportunities and practical short courses. Options may include woodwork, computer skills, cooking, baking, tailoring or other learning opportunities based on personal goals and local availability.

Sports & Physical Wellbeing
Physical and leisure activities support confidence, health and community participation. Clients may receive motivation or staff assistance to attend swimming, gym sessions, tennis, badminton, horse riding and other suitable activities within the Winchester area.
Everyday Life Skills
Clients receive practical support to develop greater responsibility within their daily lives. This may include cooking, cleaning, laundry, safe self-medication, attending meetings and contributing to decisions about their routines, activities and ongoing care.
